Laurels for C.H. Robinson in India

The Indo-American Chamber of Commerce (IACC) has selected the 3PL service provider C.H. Robinson for its 'Corporate Leader of the Year' award, a prize specifically reserved for US companies operating in India. C.H. Robinson received the award for its contribution to all spheres of the corporate system: business, industry and the community.
This is the first year the US company has been recognised. T.J. Srinivasaraj, C.H. Robinson's vice-president for South Asia, said that "we often hear that logistics in India can be challenging. Our local expertise is a differentiator and eases processes for our customers.”
The 3PL's technology solution called 'Navisphere' was a key to the win, which the IACC presented at the 13th Indo-American corporate excellence awards in Mumbai in July. (kd)
