Speeding up Swedish delivery services
With the opening of its new freight hub in Örebro, Sweden, Danx is aiming to improve its logistics lead times to remoter areas of the country. The new project focuses on reaching customers in hard-to-reach areas. With growing demands in the region and an expanding green industrial sector, the importance of delivery services has increased.
The terminal’s location in Örebro enables access to the southern areas of Närke, Dalarna and Värmland as well as the northern part of the country. The site is powered by 100% renewable energy for heating and lighting and has improved insulation. Based out of this hub, Danx can offer both a night and day delivery service to its regional customers. (mk)
