The German airline Lufthansa has told customers not to expect any strikes for the time being. There was a recent walk-out due to a wage dispute between the pilots' union Cockpit and the carrier. However, the corporation and its pilots were able to reach an agreement at the Frankfurt labour court two weeks ago. Under the terms of the pact, the two parties will resume tariff negotiations. An obligation to maintain a peaceful relationship recently expired.
