Arqh has closed a $3.8 million pre-seed round led by Founderful with Merantix Capital, aiming to transform logistics planning with its decision intelligence engine. According to Arqh current supply chains often rely on spreadsheets, calls and rigid systems, causing delays and inefficiencies. Arqh combines language models with a proprietary optimisation engine to re-plan operations in while explaining decisions to human dispatchers.
"On-road reality - with its traffic, breakdowns, and last-minute customer calls - doesn’t follow a static plan," said Antonia Unger, Co-Founder and CEO. "Our 'Hybrid Brain' translates messy, real-world language into mathematically optimal plans, while keeping the human expert firmly in command," she added. The Zurich-based start-up is working with Conrad-Storz and Feldschlösschen as design partners. (js)
