Arvato expanding in Frankfurt
Arvato has expanded its German network with a new 10,000 sqm high-tech logistics facility in Frankfurt. According to the company the site strengthens its position in one of Europe’s most dynamic data infrastructure regions and supports hyperscalers, high-tech industries and industrial clients across Europe. "With this new facility, we’re expanding our infrastructure to provide scalable, integrated logistics solutions that support our clients' growth," said Thomas Becker, head of GSA Tech at Arvato.
The opening follows Arvato’s acquisition of ATC Computer Transport & Logistics earlier this year. Located close to ATC’s German hub, the new site aims to create synergies that allow full-service logistics for cloud industry customers, "from inbound and warehousing to white-glove last-mile delivery, installation and on-site services," as Arvato stated.
