Atlantic One takes the next step

The multi-user hall „Atlantic One“ planned by the Bremen company Peper & Söhne Projekt GmbH in the Güterverkehrszentrum Jade Weser Port (GVZ) will be built by Goldbeck NORD GmbH, Bremen office. A corresponding general contract has already been signed and the necessary documents for the building application are currently being complied.

Construction work for "Atlantic One" is scheduled to start in July this year so that the hall can be inaugurated in April 2021. "The commissioning of the general contractor is the next important step for our GVZ. The new multi-user hall is ideal for companies that are looking for a flexible multi-purpose logistics location that also provides smaller storage areas, in the immediate vicinity of the port," says Andreas Bullwinkel, managing director of Container Terminal Wilhelmshaven Jade Weser Port Marketing.

The 10 m tall multi-user hall spans a total area of 12,000 sqm. The property can be divided into up to nine units with a minimum space of 540 sqm, whereby each unit has at least one ground-level access. The building will be equipped with ten ramps and three sunken truck docks with ten levellers in total. (mw)
