Campbell replaces Labonne at Hermes

Hermes Logistics Technologies (HLT), which develops and provides cargo management systems, has appointed Marcus Campbell as its new chief technology officer (CTO), during a roll out of its new Hermes 5 system upgrade for a number of customers worldwide. He replaces Alex Labonne, who leaves a legacy at HLT on which Campbell can build.

Campbell brings more than two decades of technology experience to the role and has worked with Sony, Oracle, Deloitte and Accenture. He will be part of HLT’s new implementation and upgrade drive, as the firm expands its software engineering to support growth.

CEO Yuval Baruch said that “HLT’s growth means we need to recruit new talent in the UK, India and the Middle East. Being location-agnostic allows us to pick the right resources regardless of where they are.” (amh)
