CMA CGM upgrades service

CMA CGM will upgrade its 'Nefwi' service, which links North Europe with the French West Indies and the Caribbean, starting January 2026. The carrier will increase the service from 6 to 7 vessels, adding higher reefer capacity and new calls at Puerto Antioquia and Rotterdam. Puerto Antioquia will be included from November 2025 when the new terminal opens.

In parallel, CMA CGM will launch a new Antilles hub, aiming to enhance feedering in the region, supported by a dedicated service from Guatemala and Honduras to Pointe-à-Pitre. It will ensure faster transit times to and from Europe. CMA CGM stated the upgrade will strengthen connectivity, reliability and service quality. (js)
