Coyne connects Armenia to Europe

Coyne Airways is stepping up its cargo services to Armenia with the introduction of a weekly B737-400F service from Liege (Belgium) to Yerevan. The service began on 10 May 2020 and is designed to bring much-needed direct freighter lift to Yerevan from Western Europe.

The British company has provided air cargo services to Yerevan for more than two decades, previously serving the Armenian capital via Tbilisi (Georgia). This new service will increase capacity on the route and provide a faster service for the movement of critical shipments of medical supplies.

Larry Coyne: "Yerevan has been an important market for us for many years and we are delighted to be able to increase capacity with a direct freighter service from Liege, something I know will be especially welcomed during the global pandemic." (ah)
