DHL Group maintains profit growth in Q3 2025

Despite currency effects and challenging conditions, DHL Group's Q3 2025 results remain strong. Revenue fell slightly to € 20.1 bn (from € 20.6 bn in Q3 2024), mainly due to exchange rate impacts and US route volume decreases. However, operating profit (EBIT) increased to € 1.5 bn, up 7.6%, with the EBIT margin rising to 7.3% from 6.7%. The company's strategic capacity management, cost improvements and price increases boosted profitability.

Free cash flow more than doubled to € 1.2 bn. DHL reaffirmed its full-year outlook of at least € 6 bn EBIT and around € 3 bn free cash flow. CEO Tobias Meyer highlighted resilience amid macroeconomic uncertainties and confirmed ongoing investments in growth regions and healthcare logistics, including US acquisitions. The company is well-prepared for Q4 seasonal demand, planning extra flights and staffing. DHL's disciplined cost control and strategic investments continue to deliver solid results despite geopolitical and economic challenges.
