Four new administrators for ID Logistics


On 31 May 2021, ID Logistics Group's general assembly appointed four new administrators to the board of directors, 50% of whom are now independent administrators. Éric Hémar, ID Logistics’ president: “Their international expertise in the fields of transport and logistics, CSR and retail will be valuable assets for the group”.

The first of the new four administrators is Hervé Montjotin, Socotec’s CEO since September 2016, and the group’s current president, is already a member of ID Logistics Group’s board of directors, having joined in 2020. He has now become an independent administrator and member of the audit committee. He started his career in 1998 at Bossard Consultants, now Cap Gemini, and, spent, i.a, twenty years at Norbert Dentressangle Group, today XPO Logistics.

Eléonore Ladreit de Lacharrière, a member of the executive committee of the Fimalac Group, joins ID as an independent administrator. She also holds senior positions in cultural and social associations. She “will bring ID Logistics Group her in-depth knowledge of CSR topics, as well as her mastery of financial topics”. Gérard Lavinay, after travelling around the world on behalf of the Carrefour Group for forty years, will contribute his knowledge of the international retail sector and its evolutions.

Finally, Vera Gorbacheva, managing director of ID Logistics Russia since 2019, and its the deputy managing director since 2012, shoulders the role of administrator. She brings “knowledge of the group's operations in Russia, a vision of logistics operations different from those in Western Europe, as well as a marked affinity for human resources topics.” (amh)
