Growth on the books for 2018
Night Star Express transported 5.37 million shipments in 2017, slightly more than in 2016, despite persistent price-intensive competition and loss of customers.
The company, Europe’s second largest overnight express service provider, expects to see volume growth this year. Negotiations with several potential major clients are in progress. Additionally, a new IT system will be fully installed by midyear, enabling the company’s process optimisation schemes to be more flexibly implemented.
On top of that, Night Star wants to focus on consistently bringing services into line with its “first class” philosophy. (ben)
