HHLA CEO Titzrath to step down

Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG (HHLA) has reported that CEO Angela Titzrath will step down by 31 December 2025 at the latest.

The decision, reached by mutual agreement with the supervisory board, will bring her transformative nine-year tenure to an end. She’ll remain available for a smooth leadership transition.

Under her leadership HHLA expanded its intermodal network, modernised Hamburg’s terminals and entered strategic markets, including Tallinn and Trieste.

Supervisory board chair Rüdiger Grube praised her role in strengthening HHLA’s European logistics footprint and its crisis resilience. The search for a successor is underway. (ah)
