Indurent posts leasing record
Indurent completed around 1 million sqft of industrial and logistics leases in Q1/2025, with 195 transactions closed, including a record 75 in February. Of these, 76% were new leases or renewals and 86% involved urban multi-let units under 10,000 sqft.
Key deals included a 110,000 sqft build-to-suit unit for Herman Miller at Indurent Park Chippenham, due in early 2026, and a 27,600 sqft lease by Sinoboom at Indurent Park Derby.
The strong leasing performance is underpinned by Indurent’s ‘Hive’ platform, which tracks leasing data from over 2,000 businesses. Enquiry volumes also rose to an average of 705 per month in Q1, up from 542 in 2024. (js)
