INN-ovativ expands AI support
INN-ovativ is significantly enhancing its AI-powered capabilities with the launch of its SpediBot suite, designed to automate routine tasks in transport and logistics companies. The suite integrates with the Spedifort e-learning platform and the spedijobs recruitment platform, providing substantial relief in training and staff recruitment processes. Andreas Rinnhofer, managing director of INN-ovativ, emphasised the importance of time efficiency, stating that tools are now available to complete tasks in seconds that previously took hours.
The SpediBot suite comprises nine bots that can create complete training units from documents, including AI-generated videos and assessments. The spedijobs recruitment platform has introduced AI support for creating and translating job ads, now enhanced to automatically generate social media posts and applicant videos, offering new opportunities for smaller firms. Additionally, the suite includes a bot for conducting AI-supported voice calls with candidates, verifying information and creating structured profiles, ultimately reducing administrative efforts by half and enabling companies to focus on critical tasks essential for their competitiveness and economic success.
