La Poste: Philippe Wahl nominated as successor of Jean-Paul Bailly
The board of directors of La Poste, the state-owned mail service provider, recently began to organise a successor for the current president Jean-Paul Bailly by appointing Philippe Wahl, currently head of the Postbank, as a new board member. Several weeks ago, Bailly declared that he does not wish to carry out his tasks until the end of the official term of office in November 2014, and would like to finish sooner. Wahl has led the board of directors of the French Postbank since 2011, and in this position, he is simultaneously deputy director general of the La Poste group.
