Lineage appoints new CFO and IRL
Lineage, Inc., the world's largest temperature-controlled warehouse REIT, has announced Robb LeMasters as chief financial officer, effective 10 November 2025, succeeding Rob Crisci. LeMasters brings over 20 years of finance and leadership experience, including roles at BWX Technologies and Blue Harbour Group, with a strong focus on growth and capital efficiency. He holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Business School.
Additionally, Ki Bin Kim joins as vice president of investor relations, with over two decades of expertise in real estate equity research from Truist Securities. Lehmkuhl, CEO of Lineage, praised the appointments, highlighting their strategic importance in driving the company's growth. Both leaders will focus on strengthening investor relations and executing Lineage's long-term vision to expand its global warehousing network and supply chain solutions.
