MAN trucks join ADAC


ADAC service GmbH (Asg) is expanding its vehicle transport business with ten new 'MAN TGX 18.480' trucks, the latest five handed over at MAN’s truck forum in Munich. Following the acquisition of Car-Port Autotransport earlier this year, ASG now unites all vehicle logistics under one roof accoring to its own information. "With these new car transporters, we’re strengthening our services for business customers and laying the foundation for long-term growth," said managing director Dirk Fröhlich (pictured left).

 

The focus lies on specialised transport for OEMs, dealers, logistics suppliers and ADAC members, from passenger cars to motorhomes. The trucks, each assigned to a dedicated driver, feature Euro 6 engines, 480 hp and comfort equipment. "The MAN TGX sets standards for reliability, economic efficiency and comfort," added MAN’s Stefan Schall (pictured right). (js)
