Managers upskilled in Dartford
Europa Worldwide has reported it has completed the latest phase of its inhouse management training programme, with 170 senior managers from 16 UK sites graduating so far.
The bespoke twelve-month course aims to enhance leadership skills. Delivered through blended learning, the programme helps managers lead teams more effectively.
"I can apply the skills I've learnt from the training directly to my daily job, ensuring my team understands the value and the importance of their role in the company’s success", said shift A team leader Edvinas Gricius.
Dartford, Europa’s GBP 30 million hub, handles 40,000 consignments a month for the UK and the EU. (js)
