Roadrunner acquires Yes Trans

Fresh on the heels of its acquisition of US transport and logistics company G.W. Palmer, US transport company Roadrunner Transportation Systems has purchased the assets of refrigerated truckload provider Yes Trans for USD 1.2 million in cash and an earn-out capped at just above than USD 1 million. The acquisition was financed with Roadrunner's cash in hand. Yes Trans, based in Salisbury MA generated revenue of USD 5 million in 2012.
