Sachsenheim site upgraded
Fashion and lifestyle retailer Breuninger has expanded its logistics operations in Sachsenheim near Bietigheim-Bissingen, adding a new hall to its service centre. The extension includes 280 ergonomically designed workstations supplied by workplace specialist Krieg, as the company reported. Breuninger first commissioned Krieg in 2019 to furnish its logistics hub, which consolidates supply chain operations for its stores and online shop.
"We aimed to make a strong impression from the outset by providing flexible design options," said Frank Ockert, regional sales manager at Krieg. "Taking on, supervising and also managing the entire project was our goal," he added. (js)
