Schwarzmüller Group names new CFO
The Schwarzmüller Group has appointed Georg Eckmair as its new CFO and managing director.
Eckmair brings extensive international financial experience with him, from prior roles at Lenzing, Siemens and NordLB in Germany and Singapore. At Schwarzmüller, Eckmair will oversee all finance, legal and HR matters. He aims to drive growth through innovation in lightweight construction, sustainability and customer-focused transport solutions. He succeeded Daniela Lorenzer, who left the company to pursue new goals.
Schwarzmüller, a leading manufacturer of towed commercial vehicles, is headquartered in Freinberg (Austria). With four plants and around 1,700 employees, it serves 21 markets and reported EUR 336 million in revenues in 2024. (ah)
