Sievert takes over Adolf Schuck in Germany

The German transport company Sievert Handel Transporte GmbH (SHT) is continuing to grow steadily. The firm, based in Lengerich (Germany), has just taken over Adolf Schuck Transport + Logistik GmbH’s business activities and most of its employees. The move enables SHT to strengthen its presence primarily in the Frankfurt and Rhine-Hessen regions. Adolf Schuck’s business was continued on 1 September under the umbrella of Sievert Schuck GmbH, a newly established enterprise that is a wholly owned subsidiary of SHT. Adolf Schuck Transport + Logistik, headquartered in Stockstadt am Main, had around 100 members of staff and a fleet of 50 tractors and 60 trailers just before the takeover, and posted a turnover of EUR 10 million in 2012.
