Südzucker Polska partners with Geodis
Südzucker Polska, a part of Europe's largest sugar producer, has chosen Geodis as its strategic logistics partner for warehousing operations in Poland. This collaboration reflects a mutual commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the food sector. Geodis demonstrated its expertise by rapidly mobilising resources, securing a 5,500-sqm warehouse tailored to Südzucker's needs and successfully passing a food-grade sanitary audit within a month of the contract signing.
The partnership incorporates advanced systems, including enhanced security measures and temperature and humidity monitoring equipment, along with thorough staff training and health checks. Bogdan Młynarczyk, managing director at Geodis in Poland, noted that the new facility will ensure compliance with the highest food safety standards while enhancing order reliability. This centralised warehouse will streamline logistics for Südzucker, providing consistent, high-quality services to customers across Poland and Europe and demonstrating Geodis's capability in the food logistics sector.
