Winit launches operations at MLP business park
MLP Group has welcomed its first tenant, Winit Germany, at the new MLP business park in Schalke. Specialising in logistics and warehouse services, Winit has secured 36,300 swn of modern space in this multi-user business park, with a handover set for the first quarter of 2026. As a subsidiary of the globally operating Winit (Shanghai) Information Technology, Winit focuses on international e-commerce fulfilment and aims to enhance its operations in Europe with this new facility in Gelsenkirchen.
/MLP Business Park Schalke, located on the former Thyssen wire works site, spans approximately 120,000 sqm and will comprise five buildings with a total rental area of 72,000 sqm upon completion. Designed for automation integration, these flexible units cater to various user needs, including office and technical operations. The development emphasises sustainability with resource-efficient practices and aims for DGNB gold certification, aligning with MLP Group's commitment to modern and environmentally friendly logistics parks in strategic locations.
