Zhengzhou–Ruhr Basin in 15 days
On 5 September the German transport company Kopf & Lübben is launching its own LCL general groupage cargo container service from Zhengzhou (China) to Troisdorf, near Cologne (Germany). The train will depart from the Chinese district of Henan on Tuesdays and reach the Ruhr Basin 15 days later. The new option is low on CO2 emissions, faster than sea freight and cheaper than air cargo solutions. A tracking and tracing system completes the full-service option.
Kopf & Lübben has already been managing transport to and from China for many years now. The owner-managed enterprise was established in Bremen (Germany) in 1976 and now also has offices in Hamburg, Frankfurt, Hong Kong and 13 further locations in China. (ben)
