n Q4/2022, total operating revenue, excluding fuel surcharge revenue, fell by approximately 3% versus the comparable quarter 2021. This decrease was primarily driven by a 27% decline in volume in integrated capacity solutions (ICS) and a 1% drop in volume in intermodal.
