A paper warehouse in Elancourt
'Segro Centre Elancourt' is the GSE Group's new project. Located in Elancourt, the 13,000 sqm building will be built for Segro France. Designed by architect Zina Fradj, the warehouse is intended for paper storage and will be used by Torraspapel Malmenayde, a distributor of paper and printing media in France. The company is part of the Lecta Group, a European paper manufacturer.
'Segro Centre Elancourt' has been awarded Breaam certification and the 'Biodivercity' label for its environmental quality. The photovoltaic panels and a rainwater recovery system installed on the estate contributed to these environmental awards. Work began on 21 November 2022, and the building was handed over on 31 October 2023. (mk)
