Acito expanding in southern Germany
go site Acito Logistics has expanded storage capacities to 9,600 sqm at its Efringen-Kirchen location in southern Germany. The investment amounted to around EUR 4.5 million. Over the one-year construction period, additional logistics and cross-docking areas were created.
Managing director, Ralf Albrecht, said: “The extension enables us to dispense with truck trips to an external warehouse that we had rented. In addition, we have raised process safety in the procurement, storage and distribution logistics sectors."

The company also implements a range of different solutions for clients from the e-commerce, chemical, automotive, shop-fitting, leisure and sport industries. These range from global procurement management, storage, picking and distribution through to returns handling. The Efringen-Kirchen logistics centre provides around 20 jobs. (mw)
