Albatros express expands its hinterland services

As from 1 April, Germany-based Transfracht will raise the frequency of its Albatros express service from Hamburg to Frankfurt. Import services will be enhanced by an additional departure from Hamburg (on Mondays) of a two-group train (CTB / EKOM). Thus, Frankfurt will have seven import and six export connections to Hamburg per week.

Transfracht will also restructure its links with the hinterland for the shipment of empty containers. A further departure on Wednesdays will be added to the connection Frankfurt – Kornwestheim. The link between Dortmund and Regensburg will be temporarily suspended in April and May. Cross traffic between Dortmund and Kornwestheim will be cancelled entirely. (ben)
