B&H Worldwide launches new IT-system
B&H Worldwide has launched FirstTrac, the fully web-based successor to its On Track customer service system. FirstTrac comes with new AOG and critical monitors for customers. Global control tower teams will also use it to provide enhanced visibility of shipments.
Customers around the world use the same interface as B&H employees in any location, which allows the company to provide consistent support. FirstTrac is fully interactive and can accessed on tablets.
Users can now be more proactive in monitoring orders which separate AOG and critical monitors as FirstTrace uses a traffic light system to highlight future milestones, past milestones and timeframes. (mw)
