Bifa elects new national chair and vice-chair

Rachel Morley, regional manager Western Europe at OIA Global, a member of the British International Freight Association (Bifa), will succeed John Stubbings as Bifa’s elected new national chair, for a two-year period. Stubbings becomes immediate past chair for a two-year term as well.

Morley has been vice-chair for the past two years, having been appointed a director in 2017, and she will now work alongside Charles Hogg, commercial director of Unsworth, who assumes the vice-chair role. Hogg is currently chair of Bifa’s maritime, road and rail policy group.

Robert Keen, BIifa director general: “Morley and Hogg’s wide-ranging experience and senior roles in successful freight forwarding companies will ensure that Bifa and its members will benefit greatly from these new appointments.” (amh)
