Board changes at K+N

Kuehne+Nagel (K+N) will see two changes on its management board. On 1 October  Eduardo Razuck (right) will become executive vice-president (EVP) for contract logistics, succeeding Gianfranco Sgro, who will leave to head a company in the mobility sector. On 1 May 2026 Søren Schmidt (left) will take over as EVP for road logistics from Dr Hansjörg Rodi, who is set to retire in summer 2026.

Razuck, an Italian-Brazilian, has been with K+N since 2003 and currently leads contract logistics in the Americas. His appointment aims to ensure continuity in the unit’s global leadership. Schmidt, a Danish national, spent three decades at DSV, including ten years as CEO of its road logistics division, and is  described as "recognised as one of the sector’s leading figures". (ah)
