Cargolux now flying to Zhengzhou
Cargolux Airlines International is commencing regular scheduled services between its home hub Luxembourg and Zhengzhou, the capital of Chinese province Henan, today (24 April). The carrier intends to operate at least four weekly flights to Zhengzhou. The aircraft will be routed via Baku (Azerbaijan).
The inaugural flight marks the beginning of the partnership between Cargolux and its new shareholder Henan Civil Aviation and Investment Co Ltd (HNCA) that will own a 35% stake in the all-cargo carrier after the closing of the share transaction at the end of April. Henan is the most populous province in China, with over 100 million residents.
