Czech carrier receives 35 wagons
Ermewa has extended its long-standing cooperation with its business partner, Czech railroad company Carbosped, by signing a contract for the lease of 35 new Eanos railfreight cars.
Carbosped will use the leased wagons to carry coal from Rotterdam to Ostrava in Czechia. The carrier deploys Ermewa wagons to transport bulk goods for the steel, energy and timber industries.
The rented 4-axle Eanos box wagons were built in 2020. They have a capacity of 82.5 cbm and are designed for transporting iron or other bulk materials. The wagons comply with the latest applicable European regulations (TSI WAG, TSI Noise, TEN GE) and are all equipped with a GPS device. (ben)
