David Cuenca to lead Chep Europe

Chep has announced a change in the executive management of its European business. Brambles has chosen David Cuenca, who currently oversees the company’s activities in Latin America, as the new president of Chep Europe. He will assume his position on 1 July, replacing Michael Pooley, who will be moving to Ifco.

Cuenca has been working for Brambles since 2000. He has served in various executive positions over the last few years, for example, as country general manager of Chep Central Europe, vice president and country general manager of Chep in Spain and Portugal and as vice president of Chep Southern Europe.

Cuenca is a Spanish citizen and holds a business studies degree from the University of Barcelona. He says: „I am delighted to be returning to Chep Europe. We will focus on supporting our customers in rapidly evolving supply chains." (mw)
