Extended intermodal partnerships in Canada

Canadian National Railways (CN) has renewed two of its intermodal agreements with two big shipping companies. The first one is Evergreen Line, which will continue its long-standing relationship of 27 years with CN and has signed a new contract with the railway.

Under the new agreement, CN will serve Canadian ports such as Vancouver, Prince Rupert and Halifax for the shipping group.

The second shipping company is Cosco, which has chosen CN to be the exclusive rail provider to transport its cargo from the Canadian ports of Vancouver, Prince Rupert, Montreal, and Halifax to all currently served CN destinations. Under the contract, Cosco can now benefit from CN’s tri-coastal access. (ben).
