A new alliance between Nova Systems and the Levia Group. ‘BeOne’, Nova Systems’ tried-and-tested ERP management software, is the main player in a partnership between the logistics IT provider from Verona and the Levia Group. The partners are set to leap into the international market.
The Treviso-based Venetian Levia Group is a system integrator supplying ERP and management software to users in the Italian and Spanish markets. The group is in the same boat as Nova Systems in many ways – they both specialise in the transport and logistics sector; they both hail from northeastern Italy; and they both want to play a greater international role. Nova, headquartered in Verona, has further offices located in Milan, Florence Prato, Spain, France and Malta.
The Levia Group’s Alessandro Parovel and Lucio Pastrello underlined the fact that the new partners “speak the same language – that of technological innovation and digitalisation.” Nova’s newly-appointed president Riccardo Tarocco is convinced that “teaming up with Levia will enable us to strengthen our leadership in Italy and make ‘BeOne’ a benchmark solution in other European markets in the long term – as well as beyond.”
Nova’s business development manager Barbara Avesani, who’s been on board for quite a while in the firm founded by her father in 1981, added that ‘BeOne’ is now “ready to succeed in these new regions. We’ve always had a vocation for innovation, and this partnership will provide us with another impulse to invest in research and development.”
On the way to becoming a new digitalisation hub, Nova Systems will thus have at its side the know-how of the Levia Group, whose roots go back to 1963 and the very early days of the digital revolution. The new partner’s expertise covers software and web solutions, hardware and systems activities, cloud technologies, digital training offers as well as consultancy options.
