Gebrüder Weiss down under

Austrian transport and logistics company Gebrüder Weiss is looking forward to opening country branches in Australia and New Zealand on 1 July 2020. These will be the company’s first offices in the southern hemisphere. The future air & sea locations will be situated in Australia’s big cities Sydney and Melbourne and in Auckland in New Zealand.

“With our entry into the Australian and New Zealand markets we will focus on imports from Asia, America and Europe,” says Michael Zankel, regional manager East Asia/Oceania at Gebrüder Weiss.

Vehicles and automotive parts but also machinery and electronic appliances or products from the food and chemical industries are just some of the goods heading down under from USA, Europe and Southeast Asia. (mw)
