Global logistics for COP30 assigned
The Rhenus group has been appointed by Correios as the global logistics service provider for the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP30), to be held in Belém, Brazil, from 10 to 21 November 2025. Working alongside Correios, the event’s strategic logistics operator, Rhenus will handle the international transport of UN cargo the global environmental gathering.
Rhenus will oversee the full logistics chain – from cargo collection in Bonn, Germany, to air transport via São Paulo–Guarulhos and Viracopos airports. The shipments will be processed under a temporary admission regime, with re-export planned to Frankfurt after the conference. (js)
