Globaltruck Management grew in 2017

The Russian full truck load (FTL) haulage enterprise, Globaltruck Management, has posted its Q4 and full year 2017 results. At the end of 2017, its total fleet size had increased by 2.2%, to 1,167 units (2016: 1,142).


The national freight rate, measured in RUB/km, grew by 5.4% in full year 2017, and by 6.5% to 32.58 RUB/km in Q4. The total distance run per month in 2017 grew by 2.2%, to 202.37 million km.


Globaltruck’s CEO Alexander Eliseev said: “We fully achieved the targets we set for 2017, and obtained very good operating results. 2017 was a special year for the group: we were the first in our industry to carry out a successful IPO on the Moscow Exchange.


We hope that it will contribute to the further growth of transparency and the attractiveness of the whole Russian road transportation market, which has huge growth potential." (mw)
