'Haiteng' 007 joins HK fleet
Indian register of shipping (Irs) has announced the successful delivery of the deck cargo vessel 'Haiteng 007' (IMO 1063504, GT 14,399), built under IRS classification at Qindong Shipyard in China. The project aims to highlight IRS’s technical expertise. The vessel’s owner, HK Haiteng shipping limited of Hong Kong, expressed appreciation for the cooperation with IRS’s Qingdao office, approval and management teams, confirming plans to build additional ships with IRS as classification partner.
"The successful delivery of HAITENG 007 is a proud achievement for IRS and a reflection of our strong collaboration," said Bai Guoping, regional manager far east at IRS. "We are honoured by the trust placed in us and look forward to supporting the owners in their future fleet expansion," he added. (js)
