Heppner acquires 40% of Eurobeta
The France-based global transport and logistics solutions provider, Heppner, has acquired a 40% share in the Spanish company Eurobeta Internacional, a family business, founded in 1992 and based in Barcelona. The company, a specialist for groupage and industrial shipments to/from France, generates a turnover of around EUR 6.5 million.
Jaime Huerta, MD of Eurobeta Internacional said: “This relationship with Heppner represents the fulfilment of a plan that Eurobeta conceived 30 years ago. It opens new and ambitious perspectives, and is a great challenge for our two companies."
Cédric Frachet, Heppner’s international overland transport director added: “We are proud of this close association between Eurobeta Internacional and Heppner, two family businesses that share the same values and vision.
