Milk run flights from Europe to West Africa
Intradco Global has transported 330 cattle from Europe to West Africa. The company specialises in animal transports and is part of the Chapman Freeborn and Avia Solutions Group.
Intradco Global moved the genetic breeding cattle, each cow of which estimated to produce 40 l of high-quality milk per day, on behalf of a longstanding client as part of a largescale governmental initiative to increase dairy production yields, benefiting local populations.
Hayden Edwards, cargo account manager – commercial: "Being involved in an important project that will have a positive and tangible impact on the local community is a great feeling."
The cows were transported in two charter flights in January 2023, with the company’s ground operations team being present at the departure and arrival airports to oversee every aspect of the operation. (ah)
