More capacity for BBC's apac service

Capacity on the Mediterranean- USA apac service is now being boosted by BBC Chartering. The company’s sailing goes to the US east coast and on to the Great Lakes and the US Gulf. This regular, up to twice-weekly westbound sailing operates under BBC Chartering’s liner and semi-liner network for any port any cargo (apac service), utilizing the carrier’s fleet of 180 MPP and HL vessels, including ro-ro tonnage.

Svend Andersen, CEO of BBC Chartering, underlined that demand is behind the augmented service: “Through several volume contracts we support wind power projects, LNG developments, and New York’s iconic Hudson Yards Project, for example."

Typical loading ports in the Mediterranean are Derince (Turkey), Genoa, Monfalcone (Italy), Tarragona (Spain), but any other port can be added.

For return voyages to the Mediterranean, typical loading ports in the USA are Houston TX, Philadelphia PA and Charleston SC, plus Vera Cruz (Mexico). (kd)
