More service for time-critical spare parts

The Militzer & Münch group has introduced a new time-critical spare parts supply service at its location at Hamburg airport. The service is used particularly in cases of an “aircraft on ground” alarm (AOG).

Militzer & Münch recently extended this offer to other sectors that depend on time critical spare parts deliveries – including the maritime shipping industry and manufacturers of agricultural machines.

The company’s new focus on spare parts for aircraft was built up of M&M Air Sea Cargo'air freight office which employs 26 people. “Our current end customers are various regional and local airlines in China, Taiwan and India,” says Dirk Bukowski, regional manager North Germany.

“We have now extended this service to other sectors such as the maritime shipping industry and manufacturers of large vehicles such as combine harvesters, wind turbines and forklift trucks and the relevant manufacturing plants,” Bukowski added. (sh)
