New Japan Malaysia Vietnam service
Singapore-based APL, an affiliate of the CMA CGM group, is launching a Japan Malaysia Vietnam (JMV) service that will provide weekly connectivity between North Asia and Southeast Asia.
The new service will concentrate on covering the North Asian market calling at five Japanese main ports as well as Hong Kong, Shekou (China) and Taiwan. Shippers from the Kanto and Kansai regions in Japan can also find alternative round trips to Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam via the JMV service.
The service will start sailing from Osaka (Japan) on 17 June with the following port rotation: Osaka – Kobe – Nagoya – Yokohama – Tokyo – Hong Kong – Singapore – Port Kelang (N) – Port Kelang (W) – Singapore – Ho Chi Minh – Hong Kong – Shekou – Kaohsiung – Osaka. (kd)
