Robert Gutsche joins the Röhlig Group as new CFO

Effective 1 March 2020, Robert Gutsche will assume the role of CFO at the owner-managed logistics company Röhlig. He will be responsible for finance, taxes, legal affairs and IT. Previously, Gutsche served as CEO at IFA Holding, where he held that and other positions for some years. He will succeed Hans-Ludger Körner, who will take on new professional challenges following his time at Röhlig.

Gutsche is a lawyer, certified public accountant and auditor (USA). He was a partner and member of the board at KPMG Germany for many years, before joining IFA Holding as CFO and later as managing director. “We are pleased that with Gutsche we could gain such an experienced manager with an international orientation for our board,” Philip W. Herwig, managing partner of Röhlig Logistics, explains.

“At the same time we would like to thank Körner for his successful work in our company over the past eleven years. We wish him all the best for his future and continued success.” In the future, the global executive board will consist of Philip W. Herwig (chairman), Hylton Gray, Ulrike Baum and Gutsche. (mw)
