SF Airlines broadens physical and digital footprint

Shenzhen-based SF Airlines has taken delivery of its third new freighter this year. The B767-300F, which was converted from a passenger to a cargo plane and commissioned in a mere 90 days, increases the carrier’s fleet to 53 units.

Meanwhile, the airline is also active on the digital front, participating in the data sharing platform launched by the Civil Aviation Administration Operation Monitoring Center in 2017. It aims at realizing accurate analysis, fine management, precise regulation and elaborate service based on big data technology in the industry.

At the end of 2017, SF Airlines became the only cargo airline among the first ten airlines signing the agreement. On 23 February 2019, the investment of SF Airlines achieved 100% data uploading and 100% flight coverage. (ah)
