Transuniverse Forwarding wins third Nitto award

The Belgian groupage company Transuniverse Forwarding has been honoured for the third year in a row by the Japanese group Nitto for its performance in on-time delivery and customer service. Nitto has its largest production facility in the Emea zone in Genk (Belgium).

Transuniverse is one of its major hauliers. For several years now, Transuniverse Forwarding has been organising the transport to numerous countries. The transport company picks up the goods in Genk and brings them to its cross-dock platform in Wondelgem (near Ghent), from where they leave for these different countries.

There, local agents take care of the distribution to the final destination. Nitto appreciates the efficiency of this supply chain. As in 2017 and 2018, Transuniverse Forwarding received the services & logistics award for its efforts during Nitto's 'innovation experience' event in London (UK). (mw)
